The American Shoulder and Elbow Surgeons (ASES) 2020 Annual Virtual Meeting will feature presentations and research from a number of Columbia Orthopedics faculty, residents, and researchers. The ASES Annual Meeting, held virtually from October 2 - 3, serves as a forum where top national and international Orthopaedic surgeons can meet, share new ideas, and present research. Columbia Orthopedics Chair, William N. Levine, MD, served as this year’s ASES President and Charles M. Jobin, MD served as co-chair.
Louis U. Bigliani, MD, former chair of Columbia Orthopedics, ASES President, and protègè of Dr. Charles S. Neer II will present a special presentation on Neer's contributions to shoulder surgery. Neer founded and became the first President of ASES in 1982.
