Dr. William Levine, Professor of Orthopaedic Surgery, and Dr. Hyun-Min Kim, 2011 Columbia University Center for Shoulder, Elbow & Sports Medicine Post-Doctoral Clinical Fellow have been awarded the Orthopaedic Research & Education Foundation (OREF) Grant to study 'Satisfaction and Shoulder Function in Patients with Re-tear Following Rotator Cuff Repair'. OREF is an independent, 501(c)(3) organization that raises funds to support research and education on diseases and injuries of bones, joints, nerves, and muscles. OREF-funded research and education enhance clinical care, leading to improved health, increased activity, and a better quality of life for patients.
